pocket-kit catches errors

Version 0.2.0 adds self-hosted error monitoring. A small browser script catches page errors, adapters for Rails and Python catch request and job errors, and repeats are grouped and sent to a local command you choose, so nothing leaves the machine. Draft and the text adventure already use it.
