Read-only mode now holds everywhere

The npm package’s stdio server now honors YNAB_READ_ONLY. In versions 0.2.0 through 0.4.1 the setting was ignored there, even though Cloudflare Worker deployments already respected it.
The release also keeps amounts at the precision of the plan’s currency—including three-decimal currencies—and rounds inflows and outflows symmetrically.
Why it matters
Read-only mode is now a dependable safety boundary whichever server entry point you use. Currency values no longer lose meaningful precision for plans that do not use two decimal places.
